How to log in to the management interface of MERCUSYS 4G Router & LTE Mobile Wi-Fi

You can change the basic settings of your router and mobile Wi-Fi using the setup wizard of the MERCUSYS app. Additionally, with the web-based utility, it is easy to configure and manage the router and mobile Wi-Fi. The web-based utility can be used on any Windows, Macintosh or UNIX OS with a Web browser, such as Microsoft the Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari.

Follow the steps below to log in to the management interface of your 4G Router & LTE Mobile Wi-Fi.

Note:

• Features may vary from different MERCUSYS models.

 

Via MERCUSYS App:

1. Get the MERCUSYS app from App Store or Google Play, or by scanning the QR code.

Display MERCUSYS 's app icon along with a QR code for app downloads.

2. Launch the app and log in with your MERCUSYS ID.

Note: If you don’t have an account, create one first.

3. Go to More > Advanced > Quick Setup. Follow the app instructions to complete the setup.

  Locate the More,  Advanced, and Quick Setup options on the page.

 

Via Web Management Page:

1. Connect your wireless device to the Router or Mobile Wi-Fi. If it is a computer, make sure it is set up with the TCP/IP Protocol in Obtain an IP address automatically mode.

2. Launch a web browser and visit http://mwlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1. Create a password for future logins.

For Mobile Wi-Fi:

Display the management interface of MERCUSYS LTE Mobile Wi-Fi.

 

For Router:

Display the management interface of the MERCUSYS 4G Router.

Note: If the login window does not appear, please try the methods below to log in again. If the login still fails, please contact the technical support.

• Make sure your computer has connected to the router correctly.

• Make sure the IP address of your computer is configured as Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.

• Make sure you enter the correct IP address to log in: http://mwlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1.

• Check your computer’s settings.

• Use another web browser or computer to log in again.

• Reset the router to factory default settings and try again. You'll need to reconfigure the router to surf the internet once it is reset.

3. Go to Quick Setup and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the setup.
