How do I block devices on MERCUSYS Router through the MERCUSYS app

Note: This article applies to a wireless router that’s compatible with the MERCUSYS app.

This article will take MR70X as an example.

1. Launch the MERCUSYS app on your phone. Log in with your MERCUSYS ID. If you don’t have one, create a MERCUSYS ID first.

2. Tap on the device you want to block.

3. Tapto enter the device page. Tap the  button on the right up corner, then tap Blacklist. This device will be blocked and will be unable to access your network.
